PROBLEM SOLVING

Problem Solving involves many different aspects of management, logic, quality, and training. Doug McGovern, the principle member of RMTCI, has had years of experience as a successful first and second level manager in project management organizations, experience in teaching, and demonstrated competence in developing personnel.
