Wallace, Wallace County

Cemetery
(south east of town)

Wallace

Type: Monument?

Description: The cemetery of old Fort Wallace has been preserved and is in use by the town of Wallace. Since this fort was first manned in 1867, it is possible that there may be Civil War related monuments present. Snow depth precluded any survey at the time of this visit.

A thorough survey should be done when the weather permits.
