Type: Granite Monument
Description:
A modern granite monument is placed in a small plaza surrounded
by flagpoles. The inscription on the monument reads: "Dedicated ~
In Memory ~ Of Valiant ~ Service To ~ Our Country". Behind and
above the primary inscriptions are the medallions for Veterans
of Foreign Wars (Post 3449) and American Legion (Post 197).

Veterans Cemetery (south east of town)

Type: Pavilion
Description:
A large pavilion is the central feature of this cemetery. The
inscription on the front arch reads: "No One Is Ever Buried Alone,
All Are Buried With Honor". Bronze medallions representing the
modern branches of the service are mounted on the back wall.
Additional markers and memorial areas are scattered throughout
the cemetery.
